Great Opportunity JANES!

Message from Pastor John Atkinson, Multi-Site Pastor:

As you all know we are starting two new campuses right now, one in Alice, and one in San Marcos. Starting a campus is much like starting a church, and one of the hardest parts of any start up, is getting enough people together in the beginning stages to cover all the ministry areas so we have time to get the church growing so that the churches own folks can step up and begin filling those roles. Any time we've planted a church close to Corpus, we have gathered together groups of servants from the Corpus Campus and sent them over to do what we like to call "missionary work."

We need some missionaries for the next 4-6 weeks at our new campus in Alice. We need some folks with big hearts who will help us get a new work going in Alice. We need 6-8 people per weekend for the next 4-6 weeks who already have background checks, and are willing to ride over to Alice and spend a Sunday serving in some ministry area, particularly Children's areas. This is a great opportunity to be a part of what God is doing through BAF in all these new areas.

However, it is very important that if you currently serve in a ministry area at any of the BAF Campuses, you need to make sure you have made arrangements with your current leaders so they know you will be gone, and so they have ample time to cover your position.

It is here ladies! This weekend, Sept. 26th & 27th.

I am so excited for the women we will be meeting and introducing to JANES through our JANES Hometeams! I hope to see YOU there!

Be prayerful about the women God is bringing you. And be observant of potential leaders.

Hometeam leaders:
  • 4:15pm until 8:00pm on Saturday
  • 9:15am to 2:45pm on Sunday
  • You will be provided a table, cover, poster, sign up sheets, clip boards, and information.
  • We will need help setting up at 2:30 on Saturday and tearing down at 2:45pm on Sunday!
